This exciting process starts when you fill out a contact form here or contact us directly.
Let us know your date and location so we can check our availability! We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
Next we fire off a quick questionnaire for you to complete about your big day.

We want to meet you and hear your vision for your big day. We love to make a personal connection with our clients so you can get to know us and we can make sure we are a good fit. Plus we love making new friends!
We’ll go over all your questions and talk in detail about what to expect and what is the best videography package for your day.
We can meet either at a local Colorado Springs spot or via technology (Skype/Facetime) or plan a good ol’ fashioned phone call.
Contract
Once you have decided on your package, we will then send you our online contract and invoice for your deposit to get your date secured with us. Woot! Woot!
After booking we will send you our online welcome packet that includes helpful info, tips and a copy of your contract.
Plan + Prep
One month before your wedding we will send you (or your planner) a questionnaire which will fill us in about the finalized plan of the big day, including timeline and important details you want to make sure we capture.
One week before the wedding we like to check in via an email because the thing with weddings is plans change.
We will confirm arrival times and will reach out to fellow vendors we will be working alongside on the day so that everything flows seamlessly.
Capturing your wedding day
With all the planning done it is time to make promises and party!
This is when we work our cinematic magic and you get to focus on having the best wedding ever!
We arrive at our designated time and start off with outside shots of the venue and proceed from there based on the plan we created with you ahead of time. We capture your day alongside your photographer(s) and work to stay in the background as much as possible so you can just forget we are even there!

Post Production
Each wedding undergoes a comprehensive editing process. After the footage is uploaded to the computer and backed up, we begin to artfully put together your highlight film and additional videos based on your package.
The audio and footage is edited, processed, color corrected, and assembled together with just the right music to reflect your story.
Once completed we deliver a complete digital package that is easily accessible for viewing and sharing.
This whole process takes 8-12 weeks following your wedding date.
We always work hard to get it done as soon as possible because we are always excited to share it with you!
